HIGGS BOSON, GOD PARTICLE, PHYSICS, CERN, LARGE HADRON COLLIDER, SCIENCE, 100% Microfiber Bow Tie NEW! Who knew that the discovery of such an elusive elementary particle could have such an impact in both Physics AND fashion?!?!?! HAND MADE 100% MICROFIBER TIES. This ain't your father's image of some high energy sub-atomic particle collision. This one here is THE REAL DEAL! This is THE ONE that finally revealed the GOD PARTICLE...The Higgs boson. First theorized in the 1960's, it took over 40 years and billions of dollars to ultimately develop the most complex experimental facility ever built, resulting in the single largest machine in the world, the total sum of all that work and research being...THE IMAGE ON THIS TIE! So, where is the Higgs boson in this image? If it were that easy to find, the CERN scientists could have just bought this tie and skipped that whole Large Hadron Collider thingie and saved a ton of money. Just buy the tie...it's there! IMPORTANT NOTE: I am adding some bow ties to my selections as a result of popular request...ok, DEMAND! I apologize for using a stock photo from the manufacturer to show how it should look once tied. It should be fairly obvious that I don't have a clue as to how to photograph a bow tie to properly represent it, let alone even begin to tie one! I will NOT be attempting to learn this skill for myself. I can barely remember how to tie my own shoe laces. (YIPPEE for Velcro!) I am completely open to suggestions if there are views or photos you would prefer to see to help you make your choice. I have included the "simple" directions which come with each tie as far as learning how to tie one. I figure if you are looking at this listing, you hopefully/probably already know how. As for myself, I bought a nice stapler at Office Max which should do the trick just fine in case I ever need! |
