Terms and General Information:

1. Brand name and Trademark

All parts listed on Amtech store are generic or Canny Hydraulic Inc brand. Use of other manufacturers’ name, part number and trademarks are for cross reference informational purposes only. Which may help shoppers quickly find the products they are looking for.  If parts marked as "OEM MFG Parts" means the parts made by manufacturers qualified by OEMs in USA and supply products to these OEMs.  

2. Shipping

If item listed by free shipping or flat rate shipping, it is for the lower 48 states in USA only. For Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates (Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands etc.), APO/FPO and International shipping, please contact us for extra shipping cost. 

Shipping is standard economic chosen by seller. For express shipping required, put note with your order (is not leave message on eBay message). The shipping department will contact you for the extra shipping fee after the order is received.

Order processing time is listed as 3~4 days.  But normally shipping in 1~2 business days. 

3. Shipping Cost and Local Pick up 

Any $ paid by buyer, including shipping fee and Tax, eBay will charge xx%. If the buyer likes to pick up local. It is good to save $. If buyers like to use their own shipping label or own shipping account (UPS account only) to do shipping, buyer just purchases as local pick up. For some items, the seller still charges a little fee for local pick up by warehouse handling.

4. Payment

Please note all your payment or refund is through eBay. Tax is collected by eBay. If there is any tax issue, please contact eBay.

5. Warranty

We sell what we know. 12-month warranty from delivery date.  Invoice or packing list must be required for warranty. We will ship replacement items or replacement parts at our discretion. Any warranty value is limited to the buyer who paid for the item. 

6. Return

If you are not 100% sure the item 100% fits your application, please do not buy. Just contact us and our engineer will be happy to help. we might list some items as not return acceptable. For return acceptable items, if buyer bought wrong and return because not fit or change idea, 25% of item list price will be charged as restock fee. If you buy our item, automatically you agree to the restock fee policy.  If a buyer cancels an order before the item is shipped, there is not any fee charged by the seller. 

7. Damaged Item or Wrong Item Received 

If receive a damaged or defective item or lost parts package, please contact the seller in 3 business days.  Please take pictures at all sides of package, and pictures at damaged item to show seller. Please keep the package all material because carrier inspector will do inspection.
