The Seiko Silicon Grease TSF-451 is a lubricant excelling in water-repelling properties. Use on silicon gaskets which will prove to be highly effective in waterproofing. For crown gaskets, use a tiny amount. For crystal and case back gaskets, use enough to form a thin film. There's no need to use excessively.
