The USA-630 has been newly redesigned for 2026.

Enjoy the same quality features like 300 watts of power(75w per channel), Cd controller function for our CD-1 player (sold separately), USB port flash-drive compatibility for MP3/WMA/FLAC/WAV files as

well as USB PHONE CHARING and an RCA Aux input allowing for audio playback of portable devices or Satellite dock and play units.

The DSP EQ allows selection of 5 preset equalizer options (FLAT/CLASSIC/POP/ROCK/OFF).  The USA-630 offers RDS (Radio Data System for station call letters, song titles, artist or other information broadcast by stations)

and 25 presets (15 FM presets and 10 AM presets). Essential functions include BASS/MID/TREBLE control as well as Left/Right balance and Front/Rear fader controls.

The USA-630 now has 4 volt FRONT/REAR  RCA pre-out for improved signal to external amplifiers and the 7 selectable LCD display colors (WHITE/RED/GREEN/BLUE/CYAN/YELLOW/PINK) with DIMMER control to best match several instrument clusters .Please note that the band button on the left is now a MUTE button and the MODE button on the right is now a SEEK button.

LIMITED WARRANTY

If your product does not work properly because of a defect in material or workmanship,

Custom Autosound Mfg.,Inc. (the Company) will for the length of the

period indicated below, which starts with the date of original purchase

(“Limited Warranty period”), at its option either (a) repair your product with

new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace it with a new or refurbished product. The

decision to repair or replace will be made by the company.

During the “Labor” Limited Warranty period there will be no charge for labor.

During the “Parts” Limited Warranty period, there will be no charge for parts. This

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the radio come with a harness?
All radios come with a new wiring harness that you will need to connect to your vehicle's electrical system.

Can I use my Original Knobs?
Original radios were "D" shafts and our radios are split shaft. To make the originals work you need to remove the insert and install a piece of metal for the split shaft.

Where is the Auxiliary Input?
The RCA auxiliary input is on the back of the radio to maintain the classic styling on the face of the radio. The cable is included with the radio.

How Deep is the Radio Itself?
The USA-230 and USA-630 require 6.5" of mounting depth.
