Compressed Air filtration
No dryer system is complete without filtration — and the correct level of filtration is important to deliver the correct quality of air for any application, which of course varies depending on the industry and equipment being used.
For example; air that will feed sensitive pneumatic equipment, sterile environments or air that will inhaled by humans, requires a much higher rate of filtration than a mechanics workshop or general assembly line.
Additionally, the configuration of the compressed air system, as well as the application will determine how many, and which filters are best suitable. Please contact us for further assistance.
Our filters consist of durable alloy housings, and long service life elements, providing high filtration with low pressure drop. We sell with an external auto drain on each filter (excluding Grade 1 where an auto drain is not required), which means that the drain can be isolated and serviced whilst the filter is still in use.
Grade 9 = 99% bulk water removal.
3 micron particulate.
Commonly used as a main line filter prior to dryer entry point.*
Grade 7 = 1 micron particulate
Grade 5 = 0.008 ppm (0.01 mg/m3) oil removal
Grade 3 = 0.0008 ppm (0.001 mg/m3) oil removal
Grade 1 = 0.003 ppm (0.004 mg/m3) oil removal, active carbon.
For use in conjunction with all grade filters listed above, for the purpose of odor removal for breathable air.**

2- All warranty/return items must accompany by a return approval (RA) note. Please contact us via email, or telephone to obtain a return approval.
We do this to minimize errors and misunderstanding.
3- Any item returned without an RA note will not be looked at or contact and would eventually be discarded. This will cause delay to your warranty claim.
We will not be responsible for any loss incurred by the buyer sending an unmarked item to our store. The Buyer will need to bare all costs in processing the returned item.
