General

Please read List term and description carefully.  If any question or concern, we would like help here. We sell Canny Hydraulics Inc products, and all products are Canny Hydraulics Inc brand or its partner’s brand. Any other brands, other product code and or OEM part numbers/code are for reference purpose only. If you buy our products, you agree all terms list below. 

 Item Pictures and details:

What you see on list picture, might not what you received. Because same product/part, might have different paint color, different port/port size, different rotation assembly, even different part number or some option on the products/part, etc.

We write item details on each item eBay list to let buyer know what he will received. If our list item has different option, such as different port sizes, different flow rate, different rotation etc., buyer needs to give us a note what he prefer  when buyer places order. we will ship correct item based on buyer’s note. If price is different because option, we will list price information on eBay list. In this case, Buyer can place order with buyer’s note without payment.  We will send invoice to buyer after buyer placed order.

 Payment and Tax:

eBay will get payment and tax. Seller does not collet any TAX. If any tax questions, please contact eBay.

 Shipping:

If we list item as “free shipping" or "flat rate for all buyers", it means the shipping address is in the 48 Continental United States only. Does NOT include Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico or all international; Please contact us for a shipping quote for not included shipping locations.  The shipping cost includes shipping fee charged by carrier, package fee for UPS shipping, the insurance and 13% eBay charged on all this fee you paid. If buyer would like to pay this shipping fee by buyer account or local pick up, the shipping fee will not be charged.

 If the item weight is 1Lbs or less, the flat rate is good for all 50 states in USA. 

 In general, items usually will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. But we list it as 3~7 business days or longer for handle your order in case we need more time to get buyer confirmation for some detail technical concern because many products we are selling have many options, so we need to contact buyer. Please check eBay message often to see if we send question to you about your order.

 we only ship items out after we got buyer confirmation for our questions. If buyer does not reply in time in 3 days, the order should be canceled. Because many our items are over 50, 70 Lbs. which shipping cost is expensive, we do our best to double check that you ordered correct parts for your application before shipping.

 International Orders:

Buyer is responsible for any customs fees (or other fees) their country may charge upon arrival of item. We don't accept international return. 

 Return:

Please refer the return period for each item list. Returns must be with sale order and RM#. Buyer pays shipping (original and return charges). Item must be returned in same condition it was sold. Any item used by buyer will not be returned. All components/accessories included in original listing must be included.  Shipping Insurance is required to cover the purchase price for all return shipment by buyer. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment. For any mistake order, change mind, doesn’t fit returns, 20% restock fee will be charged. If we list “Special order item” on eBay list, it is not returnable.

 Damaged items:

If item(s) arrived in damaged, please contact us right away in 2 business days since received. You must take necessary pictures to show this shipping damaged or lost parts clearly.   Keep the damaged package well waiting carrier inspector to do inspection. Don't use any damaged item without seller approval. If buyer cannot provide ALL of these pictures and is not available to complete damage inspection by carrier or not follow up the eBay return policy, you will not be issued a refund.

 Warranty:

90-day limited warranty from date delivered. For this sold part/product repair or replacement only. Seller is not responsible for any fee and charge and cost because of the purchased item use and condition.
