Shipping Fee and Cancel Order
If item listed as flat rate shipping or shipping free, it is for the
lower 48 states in USA only, doesn’t
include Alaska/Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO and
International shipping. If shipping to above
areas, send us your zip code, we can quote you the extra shipping cost.
We always do faster shipping-based on buyer requirement.
You order and pay the standard and place note what shipping you want with your
order. Our warehouse will contact you about
the extra shipping fee.
For some items with expensive shipping cost,
buyers can ship items by buyer’s UPS account to lower buyer’s cost as possible.
In this case, buyers just place order as local pick up and place note “shipping
by buyer’s account”. Our warehouse will contact you.
The list shipping fee = the cost of UPS or
USPS + eBay fee + shipping insurance + shipping handling fee
Note: any single package weighs over 50lbs,
UPS charges an overweight fee about $25 for each package.
You can cancel your order any time before
shipping without any fee. So if you change mind after placing order, please
cancel order as early as possible before the package goes out.
2. Return and Refund
Please check out carefully, some items are not
acceptable for return if buyer bought wrong or just change idea. All items are used in industry. We don’t
resell the return items as new to eBay buyers. We cannot be affordable to test all
return to know if it was damaged or not. If you are not 100% sure if the item
fits your application, please feel free to contact us before placing order. Our technician
with very good experience is always here for help.
3. Damaged Item or
Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged or wrong item,
please contact the seller in 3 days. Please take pictures at all sides of
package, and pictures at damaged or wrong item to email seller. Don’t use any
damaged parts. Please keep parts and the package too for carrier inspection.

trademark on our eBay list and our document and datasheet is for buyers’ reference
only. It does not mean these products are these brands. We list some items as Made
in OEM manufacturer. It means the manufacturer is approved by the OEM and have supplied
