Cafetto Organic Descaler is an organic certified product. Cafetto’s organic descaling liquid is a concentrated formula designed to remove lime scale build up in your coffee machine (de-lime or descale). One bottle of 250 organic descaling liquid provides you 2 doses containing a blend 4 organic acids that deliver superb lime scale removal results.

This product has been proven to de-scale 9 times more effectively than white vinegar and has no odor. This product also doesn’t leave any after taste which you will experience when just using white vinegar.

Cafetto Organic Descaling Solution is also safe to use on aluminium, brass and stainless steel surfaces.

This limescale removal product is specifically designed for all well know coffee machine brands such as: Saeco, Philips Saeco, Breville, De longhi and many more. Perfect for maintaining your espresso machine and keep it running like new.

How to use Cafetto Organic Descaler

  • Empty your machine’s water reservoir, pour in 625 ml of water mixed with 125 ml of descaling solution. Place an empty vessel underneath the coffee outlet to capture waste (attach handle to machine where applicable).
  • Turn machine on and begin the brew cycle.
  •  Turn the brew cycle on and off 3/4 times during this process and allow the descaling solution to sit for 10/15 seconds each time. If you have a steam wand or milk frothing device, allow the de-scaler to run through it for approx. 30 seconds.
  •  Discard descaling solution once it has run through the machine. Our descaling solution is bio-degradable.
  •  Repeat steps 1&2 twice with fresh water, until the water runs clear of color and free of foam.

All espresso machines share the same basic approach to making coffee.  They percolate hot water under pressure through tightly packed roasted ground coffee beans to extract the flavoursome and fragrant brew known as ‘espresso coffee’.
