With ORIGINAL LOCKING CAP

INSTRUCTIONS

Dipstick replaces filler cap and is to remain in the tube as most conventional dipsticks do.

The dipstick is made to check fluid both cold and hot. As with most vehicles the preferred method is to check fluid level hot.

Note: As with all service a professional should do all inspections and repairs. Risk of injury is always a concern. Please use all proper precautions when checking fluid level on a motor vehicle.  If you are unaware of all vehicle safety procedures do not try this yourself. Personal Eye and burn protection should always be worn.  If you are unaware of the all procedures for personal safety do not try this yourself.

With vehicle at operating temperature. And the vehicle turned off. Inset dipstick fully into transmission. Including locking it by turning it clockwise. Turn it counterclockwise remove and check level.

Note often times the manufacture slightly overfills transmissions.

Dipstick can be permanently left in transmission tube!
