Payments are accepted via PayPal. Payments with debit or credit card can be accepted over the phone. This option gives a 5% discount off your total purchase balance. Please quote #shoeclub telephone to claim your discount. This can be done via our opening hours of 10am to 6pm.

Shipping Terms

• FREE Shipping using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service (normallydelivered within 3 -5 working days) on most of our items.
• Next day shipping options are available on all UK orders (see AllRates and Times for UK shipping charges)
• All UK orders require a signature
• Tracking is offered as standard on most of our UK orders.
• Shoeclub may at times use other couriers to fulfil orders.

UK Delivery times:

• UK Next Day orders placed before 2.00pm (GMT) on a working daywill be delivered next working day.
• No next day delivery option is available for international customers.
• UK Next Day orders placed AFTER 2.00pm (GMT) to a work place/non-residential address on a Thursday will be despatched on Fridayfor next working day delivery on the following Monday
• UK Next Day orders placed AFTER 2.00pm (GMT) on Friday will bedespatched on the following Monday for next working day deliveryon Tuesday
• Next Working Day delivery is not Guaranteed during promotionalperiods
• International shipping will be charged at different rates dependingon where the items are sent to. The costs are clearly be displayedon listings.

Refund Replacements

Please contact us if you wish to return an item for whatever reason within 7days of receipt.

Your item must be returned in its original and unworn condition with all thetags and original packaging. Please ensure that boxes are not crushed and it would be advisable to have proof of posting.

A refund or replacement will only be issued once we have received andinspected the goods. Kindly enclose a small note with your item stating youreBay ID, item number and the reason for the return to avoid any delay inrefunding or replacing.

Faulty or incorrect items will receive a full refund or replacement plus arefund of the buyers return postage costs.

We also accept returns for any other reason but the postage costs will not berefunded unless the fault lies with us.
