NEW - Holiday Pet Costume Snowman Hat - I would say it's best for small or very small dogs. Made of soft velour with felt hat. Green, black and white with red trim and an orange carrot nose. CUTE! Hat is approx. 4" in diameter, but has a long tie attached for a little big bigger/wider necks as well. New!
