Ideal for maximising space on your board. We have used Van Damme’s XKE Instrument cable with these jacks to ensure a clear and transparent signal.

The Switchcraft jacks are as solid a Flat jack as you are going to get and believe me we have tried a few to get here, and in our humble opinion well worth the price. Due to the size of the jack manufacturers use as little metal on the shell as possible to save space (and costs), cheaper jacks simply break up and snap but these fella’s are made from high quality steel and plated in Nickel.

Lifetime Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our manufactured cables. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and not wear and tear due to general use. For a cost we are happy to replace damaged/worn parts for the lifetime, please contact us for pricing.

Return Postage Costs

If your cable develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months of the purchase date then we will reimburse return postage costs. After 12 months the costs are paid by the customer.

Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for damage to equipment incurred during operation or use of our products where an item has been improperly used. Please contact our Technical Team for advice prior to ordering if you are unsure about your requirements. Our technical advice is insured by a £4million public liability insurance

All of our manufactured products are electrically tested before dispatch. We pressure test for short circuit, continuity and insulation resistance. Due to the nature and complexity of what we do there was no single tester available on the market to accommodate all of our needs so we decided to build all of our own testing equipment! Our testers go way and beyond what is normally offered, ensuring quality of sound and reliability

All AC mains products conform to BS 7671 wiring regulations and are tested by qualified technicians trained to City & Guilds 2377 standards

We take waste and our impact on the environment very seriously. All of our plastic and cardboard waste is separated and collected on a monthly basis. Empty cable reels are returned to suppliers to be re-used and we even go as far as having a compost bin in our kitchen. We try to keep packaging to a minimum and try to re-use packaging materials where possible, so please do not be upset if your order arrives in a second-hand box! Please keep your bubble wrap for Christmas and re-use boxes where you can. If you wish to return unwanted cable and connectors then please do so, we are happy to recycle them on your behalf

• Items must be unused and coiled neatly for postage.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
