If any product breaks within a year, we’ll send you a new one for free. Note: some bands will peel a little with use so don’t worry if one of the strips starts to unravel. The bands are made through a layering process for added durability so the layers may begin to separate over time but should never break.
If you are unhappy with the bands, you have two months to send them back for a refund – no questions asked. Returned packages must be postmarked within 60 days of the confirmed date of delivery and must include the original order number.

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class).
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

RubberBanditz is a mobile fitness company based in Los Angeles. Our goal is to make fitness accessible to everyone and eliminate any constraints that prevent you from living a healthy lifestyle.
Our founder, Ari, needed a mobile functional training method to stay in shape while serving on a remote island in the Peace Corps. After tinkering with dozens of ideas he discovered that only looped resistance bands could provide a complete strength, stretch, and stability training platform that's deployable anywhere.
