Shipping-
Orders before 3:00PM Monday to Friday
will be dispatched the same day with Royal Mail 24 hour or 48 hour service.
Purchases after 3:00PM Monday to Friday will be sent the next working day.
If you require your item to be tracked and signed for then please contact us
(this will increase the postage charge)
Larger items (over 25KG) will be dispatched through Pallet Force and can
be delivered within 24 or 48 hours, after purchase you will receive a follow up
call to confirm delivery date.
Purchases of larger items before 12:00PM can be dispatched same day.
Returns-
Returns within 14 days of original payment are accepted and postage must be
paid by the buyer, unless item is damaged in post, in which case please contact
us before the item is sent back.
Larger items (over 25KG) must be inspected on delivery, if there is a problem
with the item we must be contacted immediately.
