  • Wrap the units in bubble wrap inside a brand new cardboard box
  • Allow several inches of padded space, especially at each end, between the cluster and inner walls of the box
  • Units not packaged carefully can break while in transit
  • Pack as you would fine china or glass
  • Do not use shredded paper or packing peanuts as it may end up inside the unit
  • Include your PayPal invoice, or hand written sheet of paper with your return shipping address, email and phone number
