cracks on the top edge nowhere else, is common in these boots as they age.  All boots are functional NO cracks or tears in the "boot itself".  Look at ALL photos(4 thru 7) for "the worst" I have.

These are U.S. military issue cold, wet weather waterproof! Patch easily with ordinary rubber patching.

These World-renowned "Mickey Boots" are WATERPROOF with 100% rubber, with thick wool-felt insulation. Warmth Rated to -20F! Sole type and U.S. Military manufacturer will vary, see pictures. Rugged nylon laces go through the second eyelet twice to lock your foot in place. Gusseted tongue, heel wedge accepts ski or snowshoe bindings. Nylon lined. Has high-traction soles and heels, and double-thick rubber in all wear areas

 They are great for snowmobiling, ice fishing, hunting, police, paintball, or any cold weather activity.

The name comes from GI's who thought they looked like Mickey's boots.

Mickey Mouse boots are not made in half sizes, for half size, order next size down.
