A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. We require that all customers bidding on auction or purchasing Buy It Now items have a PayPal account and are in compliance with all eBay’s and PayPal’s account requirements.
Only payments through PayPal will be accepted.
Shipment of item will one occur until payment has been received.
Immediate payment will be required on all Buy It Now sales. Payment within 2 days of an auction end date will be required. If payment is not received by the within 4 days, an unpaid item case will be opened. Upon the closing of an unpaid claim, the item will be relisted for sale and the existing sale will be cancelled.

Items typically ship the same day as when the payment has been received. Any items where the payment is received on Saturday afternoon or Sunday may be shipped on Monday morning or the following business day.
All shipments will be made though USPS and will have a tracking number available.
Since we are centrally located within the US, shipping times typically take only 2 days. However in rare cases shipping time may take up to 5 days depending on location within the lower 48 states. Shipping outside the lower 48 states may take longer.
All orders exceeding a combined price of $250 will require a signature upon delivery.
Packages shipped to an address incorrectly provided by the buyer will be subject to cancellation or a reshipping charge. Be sure that the address you provide or your PayPal address is correct before making a purchase.
Returns are only accepted for unused and undamaged products that are in the original condition and packaging in which they were purchased.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you encounter a problem with your item, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist in a repair or replacement of the part.
In the case we are unable to fix the item, please return the broken item for a replacement. A replacement most likely will be of the same model and color, but in the event the same model is unavailable, the part may be substituted for a similar or upgraded product.
You may only receive a replacement only after the original product has been sent back.
No replacement will be sent if the original product has been damaged through misuse, water damage, excessive use or has physical damage.
