This is a BRAND NEW ceiling fan remote control. It will have CHQ7202T1 printed on the back of the remote. This remote has 4 dip switches in the battery compartment. This is for the remote(with wall holder) ONLY and does not include a receiver. FCC and UL approved. (battery not included)
