The ZZP Aluminum Coolant Elbows are made to be the most durable coolant elbows on the market for the 3.8L Series 2 and Series 3 engines. GM plastic ones are guaranteed to fail and the aluminum Dorman ones are better than OEM, but we wanted to make it even a step stronger with better aluminum material and get rid of the cheesy chrome look.
These are similar to the Dorman 47065HP elbows except they are built with a stronger grade of aluminum
Upgraded Aluminum Heater Hose/Coolant Elbows
GM Original ones are made out of plastic and are problematic to cracking and breaking. This is a great upgrade as they are made out of aluminum and will last much longer. They include O rings.
