This is a Bolt on Spring Solo Seat Mounting Kit for 2004-2006 Sportster.  Bolt On kit and all the parts are included to mount a solo seat without modifications to your bike.  Easy to install.  See attached picture of a solo seat stud pattern that fits the kit.
