Description: Fully ground, Industrial Quality (not cheap carbon steel), HSS, PARALLEL TAP (has a taper lead along 3-5 threads; for Through holes and making second cut in blind holes)  This tap could be used as single cut if full depth tapping is not requirement in blind holes. For tougher material 2 or 3 stages are recommended to be used. Mainly for hand tapping. General Purpose and material mild steel, low alloyed/carbon steel, brass, aluminum, and similar.
