Original vintage 1950s / 1960s era white cotton long sleeve undershirt / thermal-style shirt.

Lightweight stretchy knit construction with a long body, crew neckline, extended ribbed cuffs, and classic early athletic / utility undershirt styling.

Condition:

Heavily distressed vintage condition with substantial age and wear throughout.

Heavy wear and separation around the neckline, including significant loss at the back neck. Large open areas and tearing at both shoulders, scattered holes and smaller pinholes throughout, and extensive wear to the cuffs. Additional scattered staining, soiling, discoloration and age-related patina throughout.

The garment remains wearable depending on desired fit and use, but is being sold specifically for its heavily distressed vintage character. Nothing has been repaired or altered by me.

Measures approximately laid flat:

• 19” pit to pit

• 28” shoulder to bottom

• 23.5” across shoulders — widened considerably from wear and seam loss

• 19.5” sleeves

• 20” pit to bottom

Fabric has noticeable stretch.

No readable tagged size. Long, narrow vintage fit with substantial stretch; shoulder area has widened considerably from age and wear. Please compare measurements to a garment that fits well.
