COLOR - Beige , Bluish gray.

LOCATION FOUND - Central Florida.

GEOLOGIC TIME TABLE - Piacenzian - Pliocene Era , 3.6 - 2.5 million years ago.

This shell was recovered from a lake bed in Central Florida and is from the Tamiami Geological formation. This shell is in its original condition, no sealers used. To make the colors really stand out, a thin coat of mineral oil may be applied.
