This listing is for a genuine OEM CDI Ignition ECU, meticulously removed from a 1990 Yamaha XV535 Virago. Essential for your motorcycle's ignition system, this control unit ensures precise timing and efficient engine operation. This is a Transistor Controlled Ignition (TCI) module / CDI unit, designed for a 12V DC nominal operating voltage. It features dual multi-pin block connectors (one 6-pin and one 4-pin male terminal block, totalling 10 pins) for straightforward installation. The unit is housed in a durable molded black plastic enclosure with an `integrated metal/rubber mounting bracket`, as pictured. Part numbers J4T020 and 71-23V-20 are visible on the unit, alongside a date code of 0519. This original equipment part is ideal for restoring your classic Virago to its optimal performance, or as a reliable spare.
This CDI Ignition ECU is in excellent used condition, removed from a running Yamaha XV535 Virago 1990. It shows normal signs of use consistent with its age but is in full working order. Exactly what's in the photos is what you receive.
