Specification & Features：
Material: Lampshade: POM & Base: ABS
Color: Red / Clear / Black
Placement on Vehicle: Rear Left
Condition: 100% Brand New
Impact & Shatter Resistance:
Made of high-grade solid POM transparent lens, delivering far better impact resistance than ordinary plastic lamp lenses. It is shatterproof against flying road debris, small gravel, stones and minor rear collisions, preventing cracks and permanent breakage even under harsh all-season driving conditions.
UV Protection & Anti-Yellowing:
The POM lens comes with natural built-in UV shielding performance to block harmful sunlight ultraviolet rays. This prevents the lens from yellowing, fading, or developing cloudy haze over long-term outdoor exposure, keeping the tail lamp fully transparent and maintaining consistent, optimal rear light output for years of use.
Enhanced Structural Rigidity:
The rear lamp housing base is crafted from thick reinforced high-strength ABS plastic. This rigid composite base offers exceptional rigidity and dimensional stability, resisting warping, cracking, and permanent deformation under extreme high heat or freezing cold temperatures.
Excellent Heat & Thermal Stability:
Both POM lens and ABS base are engineered to withstand sustained high operating temperatures generated by internal bulbs without softening, blistering or material degradation. The thick reinforced ABS base evenly dissipates accumulated heat, greatly reducing thermal stress on the entire tail light assembly.
Waterproof & Weather-Resistant:
Precision integrated one-step injection molding creates a tight factory-style full surrounding seal between POM lens and ABS base. The fully sealed construction resists moisture, rain, snow, mud and high humidity air, preventing internal lamp fogging, water condensation, and internal wiring circuit corrosion caused by water intrusion.
Chemical & Abrasion Resistance:
Hard polished solid POM lens surface resists surface scratches, abrasion, and erosion from car wash detergents, road mud, road salt and various road pollutants. The ABS base features stable chemical resistance and will not swell, peel or corrode after long exposure to rainwater and corrosive road substances.
Vibration & Anti-Crack Performance:
The flexible matching joint between POM lens and ABS base absorbs driving vibration effectively, avoiding lens cracking or housing separation caused by long-term bumpy road vibration.
