The product being described is a job lot of 10 Minolta flashes, with various models included. These flashes are being sold for parts, suggesting that they may not be in working condition but could still be useful for repairing or refurbishing other Minolta flashes. As a bundle of different models, this job lot offers flexibility for those looking to replace specific parts or components in their own Minolta flashes.
