Antique Style Silver-Coloured Photograph Locket – Engraved WS Monogram – Large 5cm Pendant

An attractive vintage or possibly antique circular photograph locket or portrait holder, featuring a beautifully engraved intertwined W and S monogram.

The locket has an elegant, smooth silver-coloured finish, with a decorative border and substantial suspension ring, allowing it to be hung from a chain or ribbon.

An unusual feature is the discreet spring-release mechanism, operated by pressing a tiny opening on the outer rim. The locket opens and closes smoothly.

The interior contains a flat glass cover and circular retaining liner, apparently intended to hold a photograph or miniature portrait.
