1. Product Details & Photo Policy

• Photos Are for Reference: Photos show a real, representative card of the listed item; you'll receive one in comparable Near Mint (NM) condition. Before dispatch, we'll message you photos of the exact card to confirm - what you confirm is what you receive.
  Have specific condition concerns? Message us before purchase.
• Card Sets:
  We also offer curated card sets. If you are interested in an individual card from one of our sets, please feel free to message us.
• IMPORTANT: Condition & Grading - Please Read Before Buying
  - We do not guarantee PSA 10 or any specific third-party grading result.
  - Near Mint (NM) may include minor factory imperfections - such as off-centering, print lines, slight warping, tiny white dots, or slight edge fraying - these are normal characteristics of modern print runs, not defects.
  - Want a flawless copy? Please choose a graded card or message us first.

2. Shipping, Packaging & Delivery

• Professional Packaging: Every card ships in a sleeve and rigid Toploader, inside a sturdy waterproof box. Card sets are packed securely based on quantity and weight.
• Free Shipping to Most Destinations:
  All orders ship FREE to most destinations! No minimum spend. For a few regions with higher carrier costs, a small shipping fee applies - the exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. No surprises.
• Carrier & Delivery: We ship via SpeedPAK Standard (tracked). If it can't reach your address, we'll arrange an alternative carrier and send you the new tracking number.
• Order Confirmation Photo: Before dispatch, we'll message you photos of the actual card (for sets: an overview photo). Want a closer look? Just ask before dispatch - we're happy to send extra shots like all 8 corners or the surface under light.
• Dispatch Time: Orders ship within 7 calendar days at the latest - most orders go out much sooner. (No reply within 24 hours of the confirmation photos? We'll proceed to keep things on schedule - the card will match the photos exactly.)

3. Returns & Refunds

All orders are covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee.

• Incorrect / Damaged Item: If the card is significantly different from the confirmation photos, we accept returns and cover return shipping.
• Unboxing Video Recommended: It helps us resolve any issue much faster.
• Refunds: Issued promptly after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Please kindly note that the minor factory-related conditions described in Section 1 are not considered "damaged" and are not eligible for return under this policy. We truly appreciate your understanding.
