Mortal. Ten forests. One artist who draws trees like they have been watching you for a very long time. The Dark Variant has lived in a vault for four centuries and still felt looked at.

Secret Lair: The Oddlands — Forests, Non-Foil Edition — ten borderless basic Forests with new artwork by Ricardo Cavolo, released through the Secret Lair Chaos Vault on September 28, 2026 alongside the Odds and Ends Commander deck. Cavolo’s style is unmistakable: thick lines, stacked eyes, greens that glow like something is growing under them, and in non-foil every line reads clean from across the table. Unlike the Islands, Plains, and Swamps, these did not come inside the Commander deck — the Forests and Mountains only exist in this Chaos Vault release, which makes them the ones people will be hunting. Ten of them, one envelope.
