Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Please read this section carefully before purchasing.

This item is shipped internationally from Japan. Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges may be imposed by the destination country's customs authorities or shipping carrier.

🇺🇸 United States

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties and tariffs are included and handled by the seller.

The buyer will generally not be required to pay additional import duties upon delivery for shipments covered by our U.S. duty-paid shipping service.

🌎 Other Countries

For destinations outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, and other import-related charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost unless otherwise explicitly stated in the listing.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

The amount and method of assessment are determined by the customs authorities and/or shipping carrier in the destination country. We cannot predict or control the amount that may be charged.

The buyer may also be required to provide identification, tax information, customs documents, or other information requested by the local customs authority or shipping carrier in order to complete customs clearance.

Failure to provide the required information or pay applicable import charges may result in delivery delays, the package being held by customs, returned to the sender, abandoned, or disposed of.

If a shipment is returned, refused, abandoned, or disposed of because the buyer did not complete customs clearance or pay the required import duties/taxes, any return shipping charges, customs charges, storage fees, handling fees, or other related costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted under eBay policy.

Please check your country's import and customs regulations before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

Cancellation requests are welcome before shipment whenever possible.

After shipment, returns and refunds will be handled in accordance with the return conditions shown in this listing and applicable eBay policies.

Please return the item with all original packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories included with the original shipment.

Returned items will be inspected after arrival before the refund is processed.
