This lot was curated firsthand by me, an original attendee and perfectly preserves the legendary weekend where Magic Johnson made his triumphant, unforgettable return to the court to claim the All-Star Game MVP.

Condition Report:
The entire collection is in excellent vintage condition. The program spine is straight and completely uncreased. The loose Gatorade cards retain sharp perforations with bold green and orange inks but with some ageing. The newspapers have been stored flat, showing beautiful natural age-toning but remaining clean, crisp, and fully readable without heavy fraying.
