OK,  plugged in worked fine, then didn't, no AV, then it worked AV, the pic is from AV.  Also tried coax and worked as well.  I tried AV again and no pic. I just tried again and it worked again?  It did eject tape.  it is really sporadic, sometime works, sometimes no.  Not sure on tracking, the tape seems to be a house showing, it is included.
