You're bidding on a cool, tall - 43" to tip of shade finial - table lamp, two labels indicating manufactured by the Marbro Lamp Company of Los Angeles, CA. Marbro was founded after WWII and operated until 1990 - a high quality and iconic designer of Mid-Century period lamps and lighting.

This lamp is a striking piece - cast bronze on an 8" wood base, tall and slender, in a design suggestive of both Mid-Century Modernism and traditional Chinese bronzework. Nice mottled aged bronze finish. Two bulb fixture with long, elegant pull chains with bronze ball pulls. Both the pull switches and a radial switch on the cord work, as does the lamp in general.

Note some condition issues - mainly, some scratch wear to both the wood base, and to the wood finial shade cap - see photos, sold as is as found.

Overall very good condition, though, and a great period statement piece - please review photos carefully to make your own determination of condition and appeal, and don't hesitate to ask any questions prior to bidding - thanks for looking!
