1990 US INS Immigration Inspector Dress Cap, size 7
1/4, without cap device. Comes with a rain cover.
INS ceased to exist when DHS was created in 2003. Immigration Inspectors inspected persons arriving at US ports of entry.
The cap is in very good condition. I will include one patch of your choice: either an unused 1980s round US Immigration Officer patch or a used @ 1989 Statue of Liberty US Immigration Inspector patch.
