Make yarn winding faster, smoother, and much less frustrating with this Lacis Wooden Umbrella Swift Yarn Winder. Designed to securely hold a hank or skein of yarn while it is being wound, the swift rotates freely to help yarn feed smoothly and evenly without tangling.

Perfect for knitters, crocheters, weavers, spinners, and other fiber artists, this traditional umbrella-style swift is made from finely finished birch wood and features a convenient clamp-on base for attaching it to a suitable work surface.

Use it for winding yarn from hanks into balls or winding yarn from balls back into hanks. Its expandable umbrella design accommodates different hank sizes and collapses when not in use for easier storage.
