This is a rare "Rotating Spider" push-along toy, made by the Greek toy company Kouvalias. These are some of the highest-quality toys on the market and are very sturdy. This one is of a spider, with a detachable 2-piece stick, which when put on, allows you to push the toy forward and backward, with the spider and its legs rotating along with it.
