This is an estate item, I do not know what kind of crystal this is. Orange to yellow with highlights to pink to a blue/lavender in sunlight.

The setting appear sto be sterling, although it is not marked.  Only marking is Ancient Echos as shown. 

The natural crystal has flaws as shown.
