Full Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the full total paid, including original shipping and handling charges.
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for paying return postage costs to us. For exchanges, we will cover the postage costs to reship the alternative item back to you.
Processing Timeframe: Please allow up to seven business days to process a refund and two business days to process an exchange from the date your return package is received. We make every effort to replace items with an identical product, subject to stock availability.
