Up for sale is the actual cigarette machine shown. I know nothing about these gadgets. I saw it at an estate sale and thought it was pretty cool. It is a Top-O-Matic cigarette rolling machine, manually operated with a hand crank. It is chrome and in great shape. Please see photos.
