- Change of Mind and Standard Returns: You may return any record for an exchange or a full refund if you change your mind, decide the pressing isn't for you, or are unsatisfied with the item in any way.
- Full Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the full total paid, including original shipping and handling charges.
- Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for paying return postage costs to us. For exchanges, we will cover the postage costs to reship the alternative item back to you.
- Processing Timeframe: Please allow up to seven business days to process a refund and two business days to process an exchange from the date your return package is received. We make every effort to replace items with an identical product, subject to stock availability.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
