It includes the floor plinth which increases the height by just over 11cm improving access to the lower drawers.

Please note that the plinth / stand will be removed from the base of the cabinet and strapped to the side because when attached it is over the size limit for a Simple Delivery Medium sized shipment. It is fixed by a single screw (included).

There are some minor marks etc. which are commensurate with age - please refer to the photographs.
