Hardcover. There is some damage to the corners of the cover and discolouration to the spine along with some slight wear, however the text is in good condition. Some foxing and signs of use to the text block.

This work by zoologist L. R. Brightwell, suggests a year round calendar with activities to do at the zoo making it a year round activity. The book contains 100 black and white illustrations and seven colour illustrations, depicting animals at the London Zoo.
