PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION
All items in this sale are pre-owned estate pieces and are sold AS IS. Payment is due within four (4) days of purchase, even though eBay may allow additional time before automatic cancellation.
Most items are in good to excellent vintage condition and may show expected signs of age, handling, or light wear. Some pieces may benefit from gentle cleaning upon arrival. To the best of my knowledge, these miniatures have not come from a smoker’s home.
High-resolution photographs are provided for every listing, and I strongly encourage bidders to enlarge and carefully review all photos before placing a bid. I am always happy to answer questions before an auction closes and do my best to respond promptly.
While I strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions, I cannot guarantee origin, value, exact age, measurements, or condition. Significant imperfections will be noted when observed, and all measurements are approximate.
Please note that actual colors may vary slightly depending on monitor and screen settings. Every effort is made to photograph items as accurately as possible.
Dollhouse miniatures contain very small parts and are not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
