Each handle engraved with script letters "BIJC"
Knives marked on each blade, forks marked to each stem: "Crescent" and "Crown" for German assay office; "800" for .800/1000 silver purity; "Spread Eagle" into a round - trademark for Bruckmann & Söhne (Sons), one knife with all sets of marks plus a "four-petal flower" mark.
Made in Heilbronn, Germany, ca.1890's.-1900's.
