Apparently Frank H. Allen  was a tour guide operating out or Norwich, CT (New London County).  This is a two-fold advertising postcard for a proposed 30 day trip to Florida commencing in Norwich on Jan. 13th, 1908 by Steamboat and heading south.  The price was $125 or about $4500 today.  Quite reasonable considering that included First-Class Hotel, Steamship and Railway accommodations, transfers, drivers, etc.  2,600 miles.  Bonuses.
