Up for auction is this 1960s Vintage Made in England ALFRED MEAKIN GLO-WHITE

 IRONSTONE floral MILK JUG which is identical to a larger size I also have listed on

eBay. It features dahlias in bright colours of yellow, orange and browns.

The JUG measures approx. 17.75cm from edge of pouring spout to end of handle at

 widest part, across top opening approx. 11cm and stands approx. 12cm.

  Stamped underneath is: 

"GLO-WHITE IRONSTONE

ALFRED MEAKIN

ENGLAND" + a crown

Embossed is "ENGLAND" together with what looks like "3 G" or "3 C". It is in

 excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or stains as it has never been

 used. White marks are from the camera flash. 

Would make a lovely and useful addition to any kitchen. Great item for the

Vintage/Retro collector to display.
