The Rift S delivers inside-out tracking via five integrated cameras—meaning no external sensor lighthouses or cameras are needed on your desk. Because the Rift S is a direct PC-tethered peripheral, it runs seamlessly through the Meta Quest Link PC software and SteamVR, making it an excellent plug-and-play setup for PC VR simulation, racing, and SteamVR titles with no wireless latency or standalone battery concerns.

​This set is pre-owned and shows normal cosmetic signs of handling, but has been fully tested on a VR-ready PC to verify display clarity, audio output, tracking responsiveness, and controller pairing. The optical tether cable is clean and functional without severe kinks or damaged connectors, and the lenses are clear of deep scratches. This headset enjoyed many hours of game play. The controller rings have a few scuff marks on them from accidentally coming in contact with painted surfaces a few times, but hey function well. AA Batteries for the controllers are not included.
