PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS:

For best germination results, seeds like Iris, Lily, Tulip, Rose, Apple, NEED to be put in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 days to Cold Stratify BEFORE being planted, it tricks them into thinking they went through a cold winter, just like in nature. Other seeds like Dahlia, Pumpkin, Melon, do not need to cold stratify.

Plant seeds about 1/2 inch deep in well drained soil, keep soil moist but NOT soaking wet.

Seeds like Iris, Lily, Tulip, Rose, Apple, will sprout in 4 to 8 weeks depending on temperature and soil conditions, germination times vary widely, please be patient, nature works on nature's timetable, not on ours, it will be worth it. Dahlia, Pumpkin, Melon, will sprout in 2 to 4 weeks. Seeds like Strawberry, Blueberry, are sown or scattered on the soil surface, not planted down into the soil.
