Description

“Sensational German Paddle Plane Built on Flapping Wing Principle”. An attempt to produce a rotating wing, or ‘paddle’ variety plane. The inventor, Herr Engineer R. Thebie, of Chemnitz, after studying wing-flapping flight of birds, tried to uses the paddle wheels in the wings to provide lift and thrust.
