Factory sealed with original Y-fold seals. The cellophane has an approximately 1 x 2 inch section missing. Aside from this area, no other rips or tears were found, and there are no stickers or sticker residue. The disc is securely seated with no loose or rattling disc inside the case. Please review photos closely for exact condition of the factory seal and packaging.
